Debbie Gibson became a popular performer in the 80s. As time passed, many other performers started to take over the music scene but Gibson was steadfast in her love of music. Gibson was born August 31st of 1970 on Long Island, New York City. Her heritage includes German and Italian along with a tiny amount of Russian. Her parents are Diane as well as Joseph Gibson and she has three sisters. When she was a child she took piano lessons under Morton Estrin.
